- General Contracting - Our firm provides its services by lump sum agreement through direct negotiation or competitive bid.
- Construction Management - Our firm provides construction management services from project conception through completion as agent according to the program and desires of our clients by the following arrangements:
- Fixed Fee – A specific, negotiated fee for services agreed upon in advance based upon the initial bid documents and time constraints.
- Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) with shared savings – The fee for services is determined upon the negotiation and agreement of a guaranteed maximum cost based upon the contract documents prepared at the time of the award. It assumes a shared incentive for cost control between the Owner and Construction Manager with a shared profit resulting from any savings from the guaranteed maximum price.
- Cost Plus – The fee for services is a percentage of the total cost of the project.
- Consultation - Our firm provides consultation and advise to its customers regarding potential cost savings, value engineering, project scheduling, solicitation of bids, contractor negotiations, project administration, permitting, and other expertise in the preparation and execution of a project.
- Facilities Management and Maintenance - Our firm provides its services on a time and materials basis, plus an agreed upon profit margin. This methodology is generally used for small projects where the scope of work is not fully defined at the onset.
